Return Window

• Request a return within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories
• Keep the invoice / order confirmation ready

Eligible Returns

• Damaged or defective product on arrival
• Wrong item received
• Manufacturing defect within warranty

Non-Returnable

• Products damaged due to misuse or water damage
• Items without original box / missing parts
• Clearance items marked as non-returnable

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days to the original payment method (UPI / card / bank transfer). Replacement is offered whenever stock is available.
